A big part of the Patreon project is for me to finish production, or reproduce, on a number of videos. They will include 12-Step Recovery, PTSD, Role Playing Games, and other topics within my MDJS umbrella. This is the kind of thing I have done without backing, and I think with backing I could make it even more meaningful tot he potential audience. And I do have six tracks oån the MDJS calendar, so spirit and Recovery are already in my sites. From my Facebook post earlier today.

Part of the process of More Damn Joe Stuff is video. I have a sense of design and illustration to make almost-animated instruction or tutorial films.

This is a sample. I'm pleased with the design and would like to produce a voice track and find appropriate music. The soundtrack you here was from one of many Creative Commons repositories and was chosen - strictly - to suit the time int he animated film. It could be more appropriate. 

The More Damn Joe Stuff draws on a bunch of unfinished projects similar to this. Support will give me the time and focus to re-produce the film and make it available on YouTube and for free download through archive.org.

I am mostly pleased with this and feel very comfortable offering it as a sample. 

Content: An explanation of alcoholism, how alcohol allows the inner self to deal with the reaction to the world as a threat, of being insufficient to meet the challenges. Or even being inadequate as a common human being. Alcohol comes in, suppresses those fears (alcohol is a depressant), and makes it possible to interact. When you stop using alcohol (or drugs) you have to go back to that source. In that state is helpful to find other people going through the same process - some ahead of you and some behind you. They can offer support, guidance, and their own experience to make the changes easier. It does not mean 12-Step/AA groups, but a group of people doing the same thing. That is why it helps to take classes where a group of people is trying to learn the topic and help each other more than any "teacher" can. Not doing it Alone.

There are several short, educational, instructional films I want to produce under More Damn Joe Stuff. A general Patreon account with supporting, explanatory video, is almost ready to release.

this is the way I have broken up my week to focus on one of my six tracks on a daily basis. Today was Day Joe and I slept as long as I needed, got up and did work, began working on the Patreon Project because that has become part of my rejuvenation. Tomorrow I will work on some fiction. I'll let you know - probably on Wednesday when I promote this new stuff.
