It's a start.

Now I have to push for reviews from people who have actually read the book. No paid revies, no "called in favor" reviews, and nothing by me under another name. Real readers.

Now I start with the existing playbooks and the re-release of THE SONG OF ORPHANS. I hope to have my existing catalog updated by the end of the year. It is satisfying to open the new edition of my favorite novel to any page and not be embarrassed by what I find. It is also gratifying that every page moves me forward in the story.

I have been blessed with supporters who have appeared and saved me from going down the tubes. I was able to support most of my life with occasional swirls into the drain. The answer of "a roommate" was natural because I have lived with really good roommates for most of my adult life in California (Southern and Northern), Colorado, and Virginia - before North Carolina. Life in Solitary (Full Report)

(I found this under "drafts" from the beginning of the confinement. I decided to post it, despite being over a week late.) I'm trying to get rolling for production. The Confinement has me living in solitarty and getting judgemental a**ho**s judging my reaction to it. The Lockdown is not really any different to me. I have only left my house one time in the past month, for a doctor's appointment. I have a long list of people who say they are "going to," but don't. Going to visit. Going to help me with a problem at the house. And they stopped appearing long before the threat of plague was on the horizon. i have someone who bring by groceries, once a week, spends 10 minutes talking and is sometimes back for a quick visit. it doesn't equal the "hour in the yard" and interaction with food delivery to a cell in real prison solitary.
